What about me? I write, play 12 string guitar, sing, sail, cook gourmet food, designed missiles, communication devices, bake bread, Quiche Lorraine, FISH TACOS, talk a lot,
jog, play tennis, teach high school and college. I've built a school, radio station, several restaurants,boats, homes. Bla, Bla, Bla.
Now it's time for retirement...grandkids and healthcare (old photo). I plan to live in Hemet California where prices are 1/2 to 1/3 previous levels. So, I need not be greedy in my asking prices in Boracay. If only I sell in the next year, I will do quite well with my California purchase. ***WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU...INTERESTED? ***
You need not purchase all the land described here if you dont realy want it. You can buy just what you need for a home of your own design. Also, you can protect ownership via a SEC approved holding company if you are a foreigner. That's what many of us here have done. Yes, terms are possible after a fair down payment. What could you afford?
Our family also has other land in numerous spots.
This is quite a place and we see that it continues to get better (Shangrilah or Shakey's anyone). I sometimes feel like I'm in Waikiki or San Diego.
